Welcome to Unframed-Nature's Next BIG Contest 
THEME: SPRING- "BABY NATURE" LIST OF EXAMPLESAny kind of baby animals- newborns, young animals, newborn birds or their eggs.
Larvae of insects- insect eggs, cocoons, chrysalises, caterpillars.
Newly planted trees, or new saplings, small and young trees, new buds on trees, newly budding leaves or flowers, opening flowers, flowers of springtime preferably in their earliest stages, spring tree blossoms of early spring.
While this IS a Spring Contest,
think of the most baby aspects of Nature, which usually do occur in Spring, and please DO submit your very BEST quality work with us!

Entry can be old or new, BUT it can’t already be submitted to the Group.
ALL-MEDIA welcome, just as always, as long as the above theme, can be conveyed and reflected.
For example: Photography, Traditional, Digital, Manipulations, Animation, Literature, Visual Poetry, Crafts, and yes, even certain Fractals could portray images of a spring with "Baby Nature" elements.
We want to welcome as many types of Artists, as possible, as always.

If you do NOT follow this rule, first, Admins., will leave you a COMMENT on your Entry to give you a chance to correct this, but if we don't hear back from you in a couple days, it will be declined.
NO people, architecture, bridges, boats, etc.,
In other words- manmade elements! We have been trying to be more strict on this, in general.
We may make rare exceptions for human
hands, ONLY, in cases where they may be holding domestic mammals such as baby kittens, for example. But, be sure they do NOT distract away from what is the
Nature in the photo.
When in doubt, play it safe, and don’t submit anything with human, or other manmade elements.

Points for Our Group First of all,
Unframed-Nature can not thank enough our very generous Members, and Administrators alike, who have Donated
Points to our Group! A few of them have done so, multiple times!
But, it is that time again, to mention the finances!
The above Contest is our first BIG CONTEST of the year.
It comes after our first smaller Contest we had for our New Icon:
unframed-nature.deviantart.com…We are also trying to start some Monthly Theme Folders, with our BIRTHDAY THEME FOLDER being the first one, with minimal points:
unframed-nature.deviantart.com…And I did some other smaller spending for our Group’s B-Day Activities.
Our next Monthly Theme Folders, will likely offer a bit less points- but the B-DAY THEME FOLDER, was... for our B-DAY.
The point is, our first BIG CONTEST of the year will take our budget down by about HALF.
And we would still like to fund our other annual BIG CONTEST, that always takes place in the Autumn around Oct. or so...
In the past, [before SuperGroup] we have always had such HUGE donation of prizes, with PM’s and points, and massive features etc. ...
So I am hoping for it again, either directly or through the Group, HERE!
Not to mention the fact that, right after our BIG CONTEST in the Autumn, our SUPER GROUP status runs out!
Last year, we had a huge push to go SuperGroup, as wanted by the majority of the Membership, and so, near to the end of the year, the Members and Admins., came through with our SuperGroup status.
[SuperGroup has been a very helpful status, afterall, I now admit!]
We’ve been using the extra points and the ongoing contributions by the generous Donors we have, and we are continuing to use them, and we are nearing mid-year very soon!
And we have A LOT coming up!
